RNG ARTISTS GIVE WORKSHOPS!


Explore your creativity with a mosaic workshop with Pam Stratton!  This one day workshop is for beginner and intermediate mosaic artists.  Enjoy a day with friends creating mosiacs in her beautiful studio in Rockport, MA.  Here you have the option to make a 6 x 6 smalti mosaic or 2 mixed media wands 16" x 1.25" (picture below).  



The dates are Saturday, June 28th or July 12th form 9 AM - 5 PM.  The cost is $150.00 plus $25 for artist materials with a delicious lunch included.

Martha Wakefield is teaching a 3 -day painting workshop : Learn the Painting Language at Mother Brook Arts & Community Center in Dedham, MA.

The workshop starts next Friday, June 6 - Sunday, June 8th.

All levels are welcome working in water media.

Cost: $165.00 (MBACC Member) 
         $200.00 (Non - Member) 

Learn how to become a stronger painter and develop your skills by exploring the elements of the painting language: color, shape, line, texture, size and direction.  In this 3-day workshop we will cover these concepts on form and through lecture/demos, viewing master artworks and doing painting exercises students will strengthen their comprehension of the visual language.  Class time will allow students to paint with individual attention.  Each day ends with a critique/class discussion.  Watermedia.

A supply list will be provided.
Bring Lunch, snacks and beverages.

Mary Rhinelander will be the quest printmaker this Friday, 5/30 at the Sarah Elizabeth Shop until 2 PM.  She prints a great selection of greeting cards that are sold at the store.  Stop by and say hello!
